Managed AI agents on Noro’s own platform

AI teams, built into your business.

Noro designs, connects and runs AI agents for businesses that live on enquiries, bookings and orders — working with your website forms, CRM and order or booking systems, and replying by email. The agents take on the repetitive work; your staff approve what matters.

You get no builder to learn and no prompts to write — Noro does that work and stays on it.

Illustrative example

  1. Website enquiry form

“Is the apartment with the sea view still available? We could come to see it on Saturday.”

Written in German — shown here in English.

  2. Sales agent

Drafted a reply in German from the listing and your viewing rules, added the lead to the CRM and wrote a two-line brief for the adviser.

  3. Waiting for a person

Agents are only as useful as the records they work in. For a direct-to-consumer brand, Noro built the whole operations system: one application for orders, stock, customers, results, affiliates and wholesale.

A CRM and operations console built around one brand, end to end.

The job
One application for the brand’s whole operation, built for its own team rather than assembled from off-the-shelf tools.
What we built
  • Orders and fulfilment, with delivery-rate tracking
  • Stock ledger with reservations per product
  • Results on delivered orders: net profit, ad spend and ROAS
  • Sales by channel and by product, D2C and wholesale
  • Affiliate and influencer portal
  • Meta Ads integration through the Meta Marketing API
  • Creative builder, and an AI chat that answers from the CRM’s own records
  • Light and dark theme on one design system
Where it stands
In production. The next release adds AI agents that work in the same records.

Have a system that needs agents, or agents that need a system?

  • Dark theme: revenue, orders, fulfilment and returning customers, filtered by period and region.Screens of the delivered application with sample data — not the brand’s trading figures.

The system

Channels in, agents at work, systems updated, people in control.

Requests arrive at all hours, through several channels, often in more than one language; the answers sit in your systems and in a few people’s heads. Noro puts a small team of agents in between. Each has one job, reads only what it is allowed to and records its work where it belongs; anything that needs judgement goes to a person.

What Noro does

What we build

Your kind of business is not here? Describe the work, and we will tell you plainly what an agent could and could not take on.

Agentic system example

What a small AI team looks like.

An illustrative example, not a customer system: one supervising agent, three specialists, and a workflow with a human approval before anything leaves the building.

Workflow

Illustrative example
  1. 01 · Trigger

New enquiry arrives (website form or webhook)

  2. 02 · Agent

Sales agent reads it with company knowledge

  3. 03 · Condition

Qualified? Missing details → ask, else continue

  4. 04 · CRM action

Create lead, contact and a follow-up task

  5. 05 · Human approval

A person approves the proposed reply

  6. 06 · Send

The approved reply goes out by email

Every step is recorded as a run with inputs, tool results and cost. A failed tool call never becomes a claimed success.

How it works

Five steps, then an ongoing service.

The same process for every client, because the platform underneath is the same — only the agents differ.

  1. 01

    Understand

We map how work actually moves through your business: channels, systems, decisions, and where people lose time.

  2. 02

    Build

Each agent is specified as real files on our platform: its instructions, knowledge, tools, permissions and how it relates to the others.

  3. 03

    Connect

Agents are wired to your channels and systems through APIs, webhooks and email, with credentials held per client and never shared.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Each agent moves through development, test and production. Nothing reaches your customers or systems untested.

  5. 05

    Improve

We watch runs, costs and hand-offs, adjust instructions and knowledge, and report what changed — as an ongoing service.

Before anything is built

Step 01 ends with a proposal page made for your business: the agents we would build, what each one may and may not do, where a person signs off, and how a start would look. Scope and price are agreed in writing before the build begins.

One example: a proposal for a luxury real-estate brokerage — four agents, one enquiry form to begin with, and a pilot in which the agent drafts each reply and an adviser sends it.

Start with a conversation about one piece of work.

Control and safety

Approval where it matters. A record of every step.

These are built into the platform every Noro agent runs on.

  • A person signs off

A workflow can stop for approval before a reply goes out or a record changes. Your staff approve or reject in the client portal, if you want them to.

  • Every step on record

Each run is kept step by step: the input, the documents the agent used, every model and tool call, what came back, and the cost.

  • No false “done”

An agent reports an action as complete only when the connected system confirms it. A failed call is reported as a failure.

  • Tested before it goes live

Agents move from development to test to production. Work in progress never touches the live agent, and an earlier version can be restored.

  • Your data kept apart

Each client’s records are separated by the database itself. Credentials are stored encrypted, held against your workspace and never copied into an agent.

  • Usage in plain view

Every model call is measured. Usage, bills and reports are in your client portal.

Integrations

Noro can connect with your existing systems through REST APIs, webhooks and email today; other connectors are built per engagement. For the brand above, we linked its own system to the Meta Marketing API.

  • Webhooks
  • Email

Platform

Built and run on Noro’s own platform.

The software we build, run and bill your agents with is our own. Your staff get a login to your part of it — what ran, what it did and what it cost you. The screens show demo data.

Questions about how it would run for you?

Service model

Noro designs, deploys and operates.

You are not buying software to configure. You are engaging a team that builds AI agents for you and keeps them running, on infrastructure it controls.

Noro designs

You describe the business; we specify the agents, the workflows and the guardrails. You do not write prompts or wire tools yourself.

Noro deploys

Agents run on Noro’s platform, connected to your systems with credentials that stay yours. You get a client login to see what runs, what it did and what it costs.

Noro operates

We monitor runs, handle failures, adjust behaviour and keep knowledge current. Ongoing operation is part of the engagement, not an add-on.

What you pay for

Setup
A one-time fee for discovery, design, the build, integrations and testing, up to go-live.
Monthly service
Operation, monitoring, tuning and reporting, with an assigned account manager.
AI usage
Billed from what was actually used, and visible in your portal during the month.

Amounts are set per engagement and agreed in writing before work starts. A new agent, channel or custom integration is quoted separately.

FAQ

Questions worth asking first.

  • Do we have to build or configure anything?

No. Noro’s engineers specify the agents, write their instructions, connect your systems and run them. Your staff get a client login to see what the agents did and, if you want, to approve their work. You do not write prompts or set up tools.

  • What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

The design assumes it sometimes will. Anything sensitive can wait for a person to approve it. Every run is recorded step by step, so we can see what the agent read, which tools it called and what came back. An agent reports an action as done only when the system it used confirms it, and every change to an agent goes through a test version first, with an earlier version ready to restore.

  • How are our data and credentials kept?

Your records are separated from every other client’s inside the database itself, not only in our code. Credentials for your systems are stored encrypted, held against your workspace and never copied into an agent.

  • Which systems can you connect to?

Today, anything with a REST API or webhooks, plus email. Other connectors are built per engagement — for the brand above, we built against the Meta Marketing API. If a system offers no way in, we will say so in the first conversation.

  • How is it priced?

A one-time setup fee, a monthly service fee, and AI usage billed from what was actually used. The amounts depend on the work and are agreed in writing before anything is built. Your usage and bills are visible in the client portal.

  • What happens after we get in touch?

A person at Noro reads your message and replies by email. If there is a fit, we set up a conversation to map the work. After that you receive a proposal page made for your business — the agents, what each may do, where a person signs off and how a start would look. Nothing is built until you agree to it.

Write a few sentences. A person at Noro reads every message.

After you send it

  1. We reply by email.
  2. If there is a fit, we set up a conversation to map the work.
