How it works

Five steps to a working AI team — then we keep it working.

The process is the same for every client because the platform underneath is the same. What differs is the agents we design for you.

Process

Understand, Build, Connect, Deploy, Improve.

  1. 01

    Understand

We map how work actually moves through your business: channels, systems, decisions, and where people lose time.

    • Conversations with the people who do the work today
    • Channels, systems and hand-offs written down
    • Where an agent helps — and where it would not
  2. 02

    Build

Each agent is specified as real files on our platform: its instructions, knowledge, tools, permissions and how it relates to the others.

    • Agents as files: instructions, knowledge, tools, permissions
    • Knowledge collected from your documents and indexed
    • Organisation of agents: who supervises, who delegates
  3. 03

    Connect

Agents are wired to your channels and systems through APIs, webhooks and email, with credentials held per client and never shared.

    • Your systems connected through REST APIs, webhooks or email
    • Credentials stored encrypted, per client, never shared
    • Every tool given a risk level and an approval rule
  4. 04

    Deploy

Each agent moves through development, test and production. Nothing reaches your customers or systems untested.

    • Development → test → production, per agent
    • Test runs with real traces you can read
    • Go-live only after your team has seen it work
  5. 05

    Improve

We watch runs, costs and hand-offs, adjust instructions and knowledge, and report what changed — as an ongoing service.

    • Runs, failures, hand-offs and costs watched continuously
    • Instructions and knowledge adjusted as your business changes
    • Regular reporting on what agents did and what it cost

Principles

What stays true at every step.

  • You do not build the system

Noro designs, deploys and operates. You describe the business and review what we propose.

  • Your data stays yours and separate

Every client workspace is isolated at the database level. No client can see another’s records, agents, documents or usage.

  • Agents never claim what did not happen

An action is only reported as done when the connected system confirmed it. Failures are visible, not hidden.

  • People decide where it matters

Money, commitments and unusual cases go to a person. Approval steps are part of the design, not an afterthought.
