Terms of service

The terms under which Noro LLC provides its managed AI-agent service and platform access to clients. Individual engagements are governed by a written agreement; these terms will set the general frame.

   • Keeping access credentials confidential

   • Prohibited uses of agents and the platform
   • Human oversight expectations

5. 05Fees and billing

   • Setup, monthly and usage-based fees as agreed per engagement
   • Invoicing, payment terms, taxes

6. 06Intellectual property

   • Ownership of the platform and of client data
   • Rights in agent configurations created for the client

7. 07Confidentiality

   • Mutual obligations
   • Exceptions

8. 08Warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability

   • AI output is probabilistic; human review obligations
   • Caps and exclusions, to be determined with counsel
